Transborder hosting of information
The personal information we collect is mainly stored in data centres located in Australia. However, we do use the following 3rd-party services which may host data outside of Australia:
Mailchimp email service for newsletters and event invitations. Mailchimp is located in the United States and involves hosting data (which includes personal information) overseas.
Eventbrite is also used for event invitations. Eventbrite physically stores personal data in the United States and takes legally required steps to make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect individual'’ personal data in the course of cross-border transfers to U.S.-based servers.
Monday.com is also used for a customer database. Monday.com physically stores personal data in the United States and takes legally required steps to make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect individual personal data in the course of cross-border transfers to U.S.-based servers.
Proposify is used for customer proposals. Proposify physically stores personal data in the United States and takes legally required steps to make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect individual personal data in the course of cross-border transfers to U.S.-based servers
All organisations use physical, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, despite these controls, DUNNEMEDFORTH cannot completely ensure or warrant the security of your information.
